1. Body height
2. Stand against a door frame, without shoes, and measure from the top of your head to the soles of your feet.
2 & 3. Chest/Bust
Measure around your chest under your bust, at the level where the lowest part of your bra should sit. Take this measurement: if it is even, add four, if it is odd, add five. The resulting number is your band size.
To get your bust size, measure around the fullest part of your breasts. To obtain your cup size, subtract your band size from your bust size. If the two are the same, you are an A cup. If your bust size is one inch larger than your band size, you are a B cup, two inches larger and you are a C cup etc.
4. Waist
Measure the circumference of the narrowest point between the bottom of your ribs and the top of your hip bone. Measure after
breathing out.
5. Hips
Measure the circumference of the fullest part of your hips. This is normally around 9 inches below your waist.
6. Inside Leg
Pull the tape measure to the very top of the inside of your leg. Let the tape measure fall down and measure to your ankle. If you like your trouser long then measure down to the lower part of your foot.
7. Leg Length
You can also take a full leg measurement by placing the tape measure on your waist (see above) and letting it fall to the floor or your ankle.
